Jack McAllister, CEO

Mr. McAllister has more than 40 years of experience in the electronics industry. A pioneer in contract manufacturing in Canada, he was a co-founder of C-MAC Industries Inc. and subsequently founder, president and CEO of Primetech Electronics Inc., a public company that was acquired in 2001 by Celestica Inc..

David Brown, CFO

Mr. Brown is a veteran finance manager that brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. Prior to joining PHD Medical, Mr. Brown was the Chief Financial Officer of Primetech Electronics. Highlights in this capacity include the execution of a public offering and the sale of the company to Celestica Inc. Mr. Brown has also occupied a number of financial positions at General Electrics Canada. He is a board member of PHD Medical and sits on the board of several other technology companies.

Jeremy Brouillette, EVP Healthcare

As Executive Vice President, Mr. Brouillette is responsible for the overall operations of PHD Medical Inc. Jeremy brings extensive sales and management experience in the selling and implementation of large software solutions such as SAP. Prior to software, Jeremy worked in several contract manufacturing companies providing sales and engineering support to the telecommunications industry.

Dr. Robert Brouillette, Medical Director

Robert T. Brouillette is a pediatrician with a particular interest in respiratory control disorders in children during sleep. Dr. Brouillette has extensive experience in supervising sleep studies in children and understands the pathophysiological impact that a wide variety of congential syndromes, malformations and acquired abnormalities may have on a child.

Dr. Brouillette is also Professor of Pediatrics at McGill University, Associate Director of Clinical Research for the McGill University Health Center (MUHC) and Director of the Sleep Lab at the Montreal Children.s Hospital of the MUHC. He has published over 100 peer reviewed articles related to pediatric sleep abnormalities.


Past Successes




Primetech Electronics Inc. provided electronic manufacturing services (EMS) to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the telecommunications, computer and consumer electronics industries. Primetech was a contract manufacturer whose services included design, prototyping, product manufacturing, sub-system and full-system integration, testing and distribution. It also offered new product introduction (NPI) processes and advanced materials management. Primetech manufactured high quality electronic products to exacting specifications at competitive prices. Its engineering and manufacturing facilities were organized to meet high mix, medium volume production runs and demanding customer requirements. Primetech had 756 employees at two manufacturing facilities in Canada. Primetech was listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE) and traded under the symbol .PME.. The firm was sold to Celestica Inc for $ CAD 265 million in 2001.



C-MAC was a leading internationally diversified designer and manufacturer of integrated electronic manufacturing solutions that ranged from individual components to full system level. It was primarily focused on serving global markets for communications, automotive, instrumentation, defense, and aerospace equipment. C-MAC services also included product design, supply-chain management, assembly, and testing. Headquartered in Montreal (Quebec, Canada), C-MAC employed over 6,000 associates and operated 38 manufacturing facilities in nine countries: Belgium, Canada, China, England, France, Germany, India, Northern Ireland, and the United States. C-MAC's manufacturing operations were supported by five design centers that were strategically located in North America and Europe.



Simtran Technologies Inc. was established in 1996, and was an engineering and product development company specialized in training simulation systems for the defense industry. Simtran designed, developed, produced, and provided life cycle support to the Canadian Department of National Defence, and fielded a number of weapon system simulators including a Classroom Trainer (Cougar Crew Gunnery Trainer - CCGT), an Air Defence Trainer (Javelin Detachment Trainer - JDT), a crew simulator for Light Armored Vehicles and a gunnery simulator for the EVIGS missile system. Simtran provided services from initial customer requirements and concept to final product delivery and post-installation support. In 1998, Simtran became a subsidiary of Firearms Training Systems Inc. (FATS Inc.) of Atlanta, Georgia, a major supplier of weapon training simulators worldwide.



Eolectric is a major player in the early stages of wind project development in Canada. It specializes in identifying promising areas, securing land rights, assessing the wind resource, building community support and securing permits. Being active in many provinces, it is working with a small number of clients and partners further developing its sites. Eolectric can count on its subsidiary GPCo, a wind consultancy founded in 1994, to support any and all wind resource assessment and wind farm development work it undertakes.
