linking specialists to doctors and patients in rural sites.

  * Prison communication and health systems linking prisoners in cellblocks and infirmaries to doctors, lawyers, bail-bond officials and family members.

  * Bedside hospital terminals offering entertainment (TV, internet) and communication (videoconferencing to home etc) for the patient, patient records for the hospital administrators, and healthcare related communications (doctor/patient, doctor/nurse) for the clinician.
